I'm using the exact user name and password from the original email Here's the problem... As posted in the c-panel forum... but no answer... we're trying to install a program in the cgi-bin area but change permission is not functioning... We set the permissions to 755 but it does not change... Quote
Head Guru Posted June 25, 2003 Posted June 25, 2003 What is your domain name and we can try to help with the help desk login problems. Quote
shop-et Posted June 25, 2003 Author Posted June 25, 2003 Headguru... domain name is www.shop-etc.com what's up the cgi-bin permission setting problem... any clues? Quote
TCH-Rick Posted June 25, 2003 Posted June 25, 2003 I've set the permissions to 755 on the files. If you continue having problems getting them to change submit a Help Desk ticket or send a Private Message and we'll look further. Quote
shop-et Posted June 25, 2003 Author Posted June 25, 2003 Thanks Rick... permission working for now... BUT... I can't start a help ticket because the system says I'm using an invalid username... if I can't get in... I can't submit a ticket... We're going to be using a lot of sub-domains as shops and I really need a fully functional c-panel.... Head Bash Quote
