I was directed to the help desk via a pre-sales email. I can't seem to use the help desk for pre-sales help though, because it requires a cpanel username and password. How can I contact you?

I signed up for the silver plan, and I have been waiting for the credit card verification call. It's been about 5 hours, and I know the FAQ says 1-12, but I get nervous sending a credit card number out into cyberspace without followup. I did get the welcome email, but that's all. Is this a common turnaround time?
