Tnet Posted May 21, 2003 Posted May 21, 2003 An email user was downloading 105+ emails, then disconnected from the internet. When she reconnected and attempted to get mail she recieved an error about the mailbox being locked. How can I clear this error? Robert Quote
leezard Posted May 21, 2003 Posted May 21, 2003 it will clear itself up after a few minutes, I used to run the tech department at an isp and it happens a lot when ppl get disconnected in the middle of downloading messages. Quote
