Cygni Posted July 28, 2005 Posted July 28, 2005 Okay, I´m new to this hosting company, not to hosting in general, but I have a few issues with my cPanel e-mail administration I can´t find any answer to out here. Perhaps I should have looked somewhere else but I hope you guys can help me out here. I have created three e-mail accounts, but when I click "manage/add/delete e-mail account" these will not be listed, only my default (username) account is visible. The same goes for the forwarders I´ve set up: they are just not showing up in the list, so I can´t modify or delete them, like it should be possible according to the user guide. This is very annoying... Besides, it gives me the idea that I don´t see what I am supposed to see concerning my domain and accounts... Help? Thanks for your reply already! Quote
TCH-Rick Posted July 28, 2005 Posted July 28, 2005 They should be listed in your CPanel under the Manage/Add Account link. If they are not please open a Help Desk ticket using the link at the top of this page and we can have a look and see if there is a problem with your account. Also include as many details as possible such as the accounts you set up and the forwarders you set up. Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted July 28, 2005 Posted July 28, 2005 Welcome to the forums Cygni As TCH-Rick states, they should be listed and if not please open a help desk ticket with the support department. The mods do not have access to the servers or your account information. Quote
Cygni Posted July 28, 2005 Author Posted July 28, 2005 Thanks! Boy, that was fast! I will, but first I´ll get some sleep (Sweden, late at night...). Thanks again, and I hope the help desk will be able to solve this... Quote

Cygni Posted July 29, 2005 Author Posted July 29, 2005 Wow... you guys know how to make someone feel welcome... The situation is a little strange: I´m on a holiday in Sweden and back at home they´re having some trouble viewing and sending their e-mail. Both pop3 and smtp should be mail.[domain].nl (in my case .nl since I´m webservant/master of a .nl domain), is that correct? Just to make sure... I have the papers at home in the Netherlands... Anyway, I´ll open the ticket and thanks for the replies! Quote
