netmasterbill Posted June 29, 2005 Posted June 29, 2005 Hello, I've seen several references to email limits in posts, but can't find the actual limits. For example, N emails per minute, hour, or whatever. What are the actual email limits? I notice that many of your customers put "Hosted by Totalchoicehosting" at the bottom of the page. Is this a requirement, or just happy, satisfied customers? Thanks in advance, netmasterbill Quote
abinidi Posted June 29, 2005 Posted June 29, 2005 I don't know about email limits; I'll let one of the TCH mods or staff answer that one, but I know that a number of people put "hosted by TCH" at the bottom of their page so they can get listed in the family pages on the TCH homepage. One of the requirements for being listed as part of the TCH family on the home page is that you put some variation of "hosted by TCH" on the page. I don't have any of my websites listed in the family pages (I host 4 sites with TCH), so none of my sites has the "hosted by TCH" link. So, yeah, they are just happy customers! Welcome to the family, netmasterbill. I hope you join us. This is a great hosting company, and these forums are great support! You won't find anyplace better or cheaper!! Quote

Thanks in advance, netmasterbill <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I, personally, think it's a requirement to point people to the best quality host out there, more than anything else. Sort've a public service. Quote
TCH-Rob Posted June 29, 2005 Posted June 29, 2005 Please open a ticket to the helpdesk for the limits. We do not post them in public to prevent spammers from knowing them. No one is required to put the hosted by in their pages if they do not want to. That is unless you want a listing in the family pages. Some do it just because they are happy customers. Welcome to the forums. Quote
stevevan Posted June 29, 2005 Posted June 29, 2005 I'll just echo what the other said and also say "Welcome to the forums!" Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted June 30, 2005 Posted June 30, 2005 Welcome to the forums. As Rob suggests, open a ticket with the help desk and they will give you the limits. Quote
