I get the an email with the subject "Don't Delete this Message - Folder Internal Data" at least once a day. The message body says:

This text is part of the internal format of your mail folder, and is not

a real message. It is created automatically by the mail system software.

If deleted, important folder data will be lost, and it will be re-created

with the data reset to initial values.

The Message Properties Details are as follows:

Date: 12 May 2003 11:08:15 -0500

From: Mail System Internal Data

Subject: DON'T DELETE THIS MESSAGE -- FOLDER INTERNAL DATA

Message-ID: <1052755695@server24.totalchoicehosting.com>

X-IMAP: 1052195919 0000000059

Status: RO

What's up with this?
