I get this error:

Unactivated License File

when I try to log into cPanel.

I googled it and apparently there's nothing I can personally do.

Can anyone on the TCH side help out?

Thanks

wow.

that was a pretty quick reply.

my friends were right. TCH is awesome :wallbash:

But that means I won't be able to use my cPanel until Monday? :(

We are trying to get a faster response from cPanel. Seeing that this is the weekend, I am not sure how fast they will respond.

This is actually effecting several of our servers. The really odd thing is these license's are all good.

However, since cPanel is the one that controls licensing we are at their mercy.

I opened a ticket and this is what I got:

Hello,

We apologise for the inconveniences caused in this regard.

We are aware of the issue with the cpanel and have already contacted the concerned to resolve this issue. We are waiting for a response from them.

Please give us sometime.

Thank you for choosing TotalChoice Hosting where Choice does matter !

I guess we just sit back and wait for cPanel to do something about it :wallbash:
