bboyjay Posted March 12, 2005 Posted March 12, 2005 I get this error: Unactivated License File when I try to log into cPanel. I googled it and apparently there's nothing I can personally do. Can anyone on the TCH side help out? Thanks Quote

bboyjay Posted March 12, 2005 Author Posted March 12, 2005 (edited) wow. that was a pretty quick reply. my friends were right. TCH is awesome But that means I won't be able to use my cPanel until Monday? Edited March 12, 2005 by bboyjay Quote
Head Guru Posted March 12, 2005 Posted March 12, 2005 We are trying to get a faster response from cPanel. Seeing that this is the weekend, I am not sure how fast they will respond. This is actually effecting several of our servers. The really odd thing is these license's are all good. However, since cPanel is the one that controls licensing we are at their mercy. Quote
lysdexic.net Posted March 12, 2005 Posted March 12, 2005 Shall we just assume that you'll take care of all instances of this problem or do you want us to report it individually through the support form? Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted March 12, 2005 Posted March 12, 2005 Welcome to the forums lysdexic.net I would suggest that you open a ticket for each incident. Quote
Head Guru Posted March 12, 2005 Posted March 12, 2005 At this point we know that this is effecting Server26 Server50 Server100 If anyone else is seeing issues please respond. Bill Quote
bboyjay Posted March 12, 2005 Author Posted March 12, 2005 I opened a ticket and this is what I got: Hello, We apologise for the inconveniences caused in this regard. We are aware of the issue with the cpanel and have already contacted the concerned to resolve this issue. We are waiting for a response from them. Please give us sometime. Thank you for choosing TotalChoice Hosting where Choice does matter ! I guess we just sit back and wait for cPanel to do something about it Quote
