Wanted to create a subdomain so that users could simplify what they type.

1. used Cpanel to create subdomain 'go' at **** --> go.****

2. figured it would take some time for that info to propagate to my ISP, but when it still hadn't come across 12h later..

3. used an IP lookup tool and see that even the TCH nameserver doesn't have info on the subdomain:

http://www.kloth.net/services/nslookup.php

----snip----

... here is the nslookup result for go.vcrbiketeam.com from server ns3.totalchoicehosting.com :

*** server18.totalchoicehosting.com can't find go.vcrbiketeam.com: Non-existent host/domain

Server: server18.totalchoicehosting.com

Address: 66.11.162.138

----------------

If I go to www.****/go/ everything works as intended -- the problem appears to be with the subdomain information making it to the name server, then out to other name servers.

Alternate explanations? Suggestions? Can someone see if Cpanel not telling the name server about these subdomains?

Many thanks,

Todd
