Without going into detail, I had a problem with paypal and my invoice and my account was temporarily suspended. I messaged michelle and told her the situation, and five minutes later I'm back up and running! She was very nice, helpful, and the solution was practically instant! I just have to say Great Job TCH and thank you michelle! The best hosting I've ever had, and I plan on staying here as long as you'll have me!! :(
