Limited Support thanksgiving day, some of us will still be around so limited support will be available. The billing support phone number will not be answered Thur or Fri.

I think what Mike wanted to say was this.

 

Our support will be available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

 

However, during holidays our Management Team will be available on a limited, emergency basis, only.

 

Our billing department will re-open on Monday, however emergency billing issues will be handled by our on call manager.

 

Our on site techs in our data centers will be available 24/7 as well.

 

Level 1 thru Level 3 tech support will be online and available for your support needs.

Yeah, what he said :) ^^^^

 

I just not got internet and cable TV service again. Tree fell on our line last night (again) it was still working this morning but someone must have tripped over the line and broke it loose. The cable company was going to be out tomorrow to repair it, so i just grabbed some tools and electrical tape and spliced it myself ;)
