Last week I started to sign up my domain, reelidentities.org, but I had to abort part way through the sign up forms. I went to sign up yesterday and I'm getting an error "that domain is already being hosted on our servers.

 

I never got a login name or a passwod.

 

I e-mailed you yesterday around 2, but I haven't heard back from anyone.

Hi,

 

Going to that address reveals a website. The WHOIS also shows it has been brought back on the 7th of Feburary this year and it is not hosted on TCH from that record. This may be the reason why you can not buy it for.

Sorry I can not locate the email you sent in.

 

That is not a error, it means you have completed the registration process and we are awaiting payment.

 

Check your email for a invoice from us. In that invoice is a click to pay link. You just need to make that payment, we will then be notified by our credit card processor that you have made payment and we will get it set up.

No, I already own the domain, but I want to move it to TotalChoice. I tried to open an account with TC, specifying that I "already own the domain and will handle the transfer myself". It then tells me that TC already has an account for that domain name. I can only assume it is refering to my aborted sign-up last week - but I never got any log-in information or anything from TC. I guess TC will have to delete that account so that I can create it again. If that makes sense.

That's what I'm saying... I never got an e-mail from TC. :huh: I've checked again just now. Nada. Nothing. Zip. Zilch. :blink: Can you send it again, or give me a link to make payment? I guess it's possible that I either deleted it, or yahoo bounced it because my box was full - but I sincerely don't recall my box being full lately.

Hmm. I think I had it sent to vincent@noleftturns.com - but I dont see an e-mail there either. Hmmm.

This is Vincent, I registered on the board, so now it's under a different name.

 

I just realised I posted this in the wrong forum.. should have went in the regular pre-sale questions, not the FAQ.. sorry!
