joyrider Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 It's over 48 hours since I purchase silver plan sunday.I really want to know what's wrong with it.The page show that TCH will spend six to twenty-four hours to set up the account if billing information is in order.So,Is there something wrong with the order? Services like hotmail, yahoo etc (if you used them for this) are really good in placing these emails in the spam/junk folders. Have you checked there? If there is no mail in those folders, please submit a ticket to tech support and they will help you. Just enter "unknown" for password and such things in the ticket. Link on top of page. I received my confirmation of subscription from PayPal, but nothing from TotalChoiceHosting. I'm really wanting to get my site up and running, as it's been down for too long now I sent a support ticket, which won't get answered until Monday at the earliest. I was really hoping that I would be up and running by this weekend. Hopefully this will get sorted out soon. And, no, I don't have a junk e-mail filter. I use a Comcast e-mail and don't have any filters on my Outlook. --Jeremy Quote
