It's over 48 hours since I purchase silver plan sunday.I really want to know what's wrong with it.The page show that TCH will spend six to twenty-four hours to set up the account if billing information is in order.So,Is there something wrong with the order? :dance: :dance: :dance:

First, Welcome to your TCH family.

 

Services like hotmail, yahoo etc (if you used them for this) are really good in placing these emails in the spam/junk folders. Have you checked there?

 

If there is no mail in those folders, please submit a ticket to tech support and they will help you. Just enter "unknown" for password and such things in the ticket. Link on top of page.

Thanks,I had send a ticket to the Technical Support Dept.I used a hotmail address in my order.There are no mail in the "Junk E-Mail" folder which send by TCH,But I got a mail from TCH when I register a user in this forum.

I, too, signed up for the silver plan on 09/29/04. I received my confirmation of subscription from PayPal, but nothing from TotalChoiceHosting. I'm really wanting to get my site up and running, as it's been down for too long now ;)

 

I sent a support ticket, which won't get answered until Monday at the earliest. I was really hoping that I would be up and running by this weekend.

 

Hopefully this will get sorted out soon.

 

And, no, I don't have a junk e-mail filter. I use a Comcast e-mail and don't have any filters on my Outlook.

It is important to note that PayPal can take a few days for payment to clear depending on the method of payment. Accounts are set up after payment has cleared.

Ahh, if that's the case, then cool. I wish they would have that stated somewhere tho ;) No worries, I'm patient. The forums are cool. It's good to know there are reps from the company here to help out.

 

Can't wait to use the hosting, but I will :) hehe
