You should reopen the ticket. Your ticket was probably answered quite some time ago. If you have received no responses it would be better to open a new ticket and be sure the email address is entered correctly. We get a lot of Help Desk tickets with incorrect addresses.

Your ticket has been answered, however just by viewing this post we have NO clue who you are. Sorry but there is not enough info from your post to help you out.

 

I suggest you reopen the ticket or send in a new one.
