Hi Everyone.

 

I hope this Labor Day weekend finds you all well. I had a few questions regarding my accounts here at TCH. As of today, I have 3 different sites that are being hosted by TCH.

 

2 of them are sites that I picked up doing freelance work and another is a personal site that I set up so I can test everything (does not have a domain name pointing to it. I want to have TCH host another of my sites and, upon registering for another account, I recieved a message saying:

 

Account Detected

Our software has detected that you already have an account on our system, to place an additional order on this account please enter your login password below, if you are unsure of this please go here

 

I am unsure as to what account this is referring to. My guess is that I inadvertently created 3 separate accounts with TCH (all under the same name, but with different company names).

 

Is there a way that I can consolidate all accounts into 1? If not, how do I get around this error message if I don't know what account it's referring to?

Hi Sam

 

If you have three different domains that point to different sites, then you would either have to have three separate accounts with TCH or put them all under a resellers account.

Sam, open a help desk ticket link above. They can help you sort it out. You will want to upgrade to a reseller account and have your other accounts moved to the reseller account.

Thanks for the response guys. I will definately look into upgrading to a resellers account. I apologize for not getting back to you earlier. This weekend has been very hectic for me.

 

2 of my good friends were victims of a fatal shooting this weekend before a North Carolina State football game. Please keep them and their families in your prayers.

Thanks again for all the kind words. This experience has taught me to enjoy everything I have in life and to live every day to it's fullest.
