Guest Bob Posted November 13, 2002 Posted November 13, 2002 Hi, I'm interested in the Siver Plan. Please could you answer my questions? (I'm considering to close the deal a bit). 1) If I pay anually, and when I later wanna suspend/quit the service (or contract), do I get back the (some) money of rest of months (within anually contract)? 2) As an international customer (The Netherlands), could I pay with an Invoice payment? 3) Because I'm connect to the Internet via Business-network (firewall), I don't know for whether it allows acces to 3rd Party FTP-sites/servers. So I don't know whether I'm able to connect to your FTP-serv after I closed the deal and have a FTP-account. Please, could we test that in advance? Best regards, Bob Leers Quote
Ayman_ Posted November 14, 2002 Posted November 14, 2002 Annual Payments are 100% refundable just as monthly. They are prorated from the date of payment & towards the date of cancellation. We do not bill for services, all services must be pre-paid. If for some reason you cant use the services your money will be 100% refunded. Quote
Guest Bob Posted November 14, 2002 Posted November 14, 2002 Hi Spitwad, Those are my last questions. If the answers are suitable for my situation I place my order. As you said that all service must be pre-paid. Is it then possible that I pre-pay via an invoice (by post mail)? (Because, one time a company billed me 2 times (for 1 order), because my IE had a failure (hung); security reasons). If I can't use your services because of business-network firewall vs FTP-serv etc, which is the periode within I need to attend you on (because of 100% refunding)? Best regards, Bob Quote
Ayman_ Posted November 14, 2002 Posted November 14, 2002 Monthly services can not be paid via mail. Only yearly invoices. Sure you would get a 100% refund. Thanks Quote
Guest Bob Posted November 14, 2002 Posted November 14, 2002 Monthly services can not be paid via mail. Only yearly invoices. Sure you would get a 100% refund. Thanks So, a 100% refund on an anually pre-paid plan is garanteed? Then I would like to order a webhosting plan: Silver plan. But how can I pre-pay with an invoice (by post mail)? greets, Bob Quote
mountaindew Posted November 14, 2002 Posted November 14, 2002 Sure the refund would be prorated for services not used. You can find our mailing address on the web site. Quote
Guest Bob Posted November 15, 2002 Posted November 15, 2002 Sure the refund would be prorated for services not used. You can find our mailing address on the web site. I'm a bit confused. Mountaindew said: "Sure the refund would be prorated for services not used." Does ***** mean: A) That I get a 100% refund when I'm not able to connect to my FTP-serv, because of the firewall in my business-network? - so I need to give up my silverplan. Or only a 100% refund on services I didn't use? Please give me a clear answer. regards, Bob Quote
Guest Bob Posted November 15, 2002 Posted November 15, 2002 ----- CORRECTION: ----- I'm a bit confused. Mountaindew said: "Sure the refund would be prorated for services not used." Does ***** mean: 1) That I get a 100% refund on all (anually pre-paid price), when I'm not able to connect to my FTP-serv, because of the firewall in my business-network? So I need to give up my silverplan. 2) Or only a 100% refund on services I didn't use? Please give me a clear answer. regards, Bob Quote
Guest Bob Posted November 18, 2002 Posted November 18, 2002 Please could some one answer my former question? And how can am I able to send an invoice payment by post mail? Which form do I need to download and print? greets, Bob Quote
Head Guru Posted November 19, 2002 Posted November 19, 2002 Hi there. Here is the form you need to include with your payment. http://www.*****/paybymail.html Any refund issued in the first 30 days of service is a 100% refund. No questions asked! I hope this answers your question. If not just re-post! Thanks Quote
Guest Bob Posted November 19, 2002 Posted November 19, 2002 Thank you for giving the URL to the payment form. Unfortunately again a question... As I'm from The Netherlands, I don't understand the payment procedures of U.S. purchase-order standards. I like to pay through my bankaccount-number. I want to know whether I'll receive an Invoice by post-mail, or do I need to attach something to the payment form? - to complete my purchase order for the Silver plan.. Thanks in advance, Bob Quote
Head Guru Posted November 19, 2002 Posted November 19, 2002 Print out the url i metioned and attach a money order or bank draft. We do not invoice for pre-paid services. Thanks Quote
Guest Bob Posted November 19, 2002 Posted November 19, 2002 Ok, thanx for info. I just wanna purchase a Silver Plan via sending your payment-form with the bank-attachment. Is that possible? Or is that a pre-paid service? Regrads, Bob Quote
Head Guru Posted November 19, 2002 Posted November 19, 2002 Nope just send a check along with the form and you will be set up upon receipt. Quote
Guest Bob Posted November 19, 2002 Posted November 19, 2002 Sorry, could you explain (check)? regards, Bob Quote
Head Guru Posted November 20, 2002 Posted November 20, 2002 As in bank draft, money order, or personal check. Quote
Guest Bob Posted November 20, 2002 Posted November 20, 2002 I'm very sorry but sometimes my english is worst. Do you mean: A) a copy of my draft where my bank-journals ar on. To check whether I would be right cust (for assurance of payment)? OR else, could you explain like above? grts, Bob Quote
Head Guru Posted November 20, 2002 Posted November 20, 2002 Wow this is a tough one. You need to print out the form that I gave to you to download. Then go to your bank and give them money in the amount of the plan you choose. Then tell them you need an international money order, bank draft or certified check in that amount. Then just mail it to us. Quote
Guest Bob Posted November 20, 2002 Posted November 20, 2002 Thank you for your patience and clear answer. I'll place my order very soon (within 2 weeks) with *****. I hope the Silver Plan won't change in the proposition. regards, Bob Quote
