Ranks?

hi i have finnaly installed my phpbb forum

www.theent.com/forum

theonly problem is i downlaoded some ranks and i have FTP it to a new templet/images/ranks/

but then in ADMIphp

i changed ranks and putted for the pic this

/images/ranks/rank1.gif

 

but there is a RED X

please help

I have never done any ranks changing in phpBB, but I can take a look later this evening if you can hang on just a little longer.

A google search for "install ranks phpbb images" gave the following address link. You might try leaving off the slash before images, i.e. "images/ranks/filename.gif" and see if that works.
