Not sure if this is needed when you install from cpanel, but did you create a mysql database? (Wait for a tech person to answer that). Only other thing i can think of is to kill it and create a new one to see if same error shows up again.

I have for a long time been subscribing to several forums without getting any notifications that new threads have been started. Now someone gonna point out what has been told many times or However, i dont think thats the issue now. Cause even if i do visit the topic or replying to it, i am not getting any notifications. One example, today at 12:41 PM TCH-Alan started a topic about the server 48 move, now 01.20 PM and i have gotten no notification about it. Im not mad, just thinks its a little strange that i dont even get notifications about new topics even if subscribed to the forum. I think too that this may be the reason why people gets so mad when they see in forums that "their" is being maintained and they get no notifications about it even if they too are subscribed to that forum.

Have you tried to play those tutorials in winamp? I tried Lightning.avi and it works here. Try to play these files in winamp, the very first thing you do after a reboot too see if it still freezes/hangs. I had these freezing problems in Win ME before no matter how small/big filesize, when i rebooted and tried it as the very first thing, it worked. How much RAM do you have?
