I am trying to skin an ipb 1.3 installation but ipb keeps telling me What chmod do i enter in ftp for the this to work? Right now it say 755 and when trying 777 same message comes back.

That i know/figured, so that is why i asked if i could make a link on my site (for instance) using that way and let people email me as easy as they do today but at same time giving these programs a little tougher job. This means above idea will not work?

You can do it like this to Resize the code to 1 and it will not take much space on page without the place holder. Works best when working with short codes/scripts though.
