I cant in CSB as far as I know. Why I wonder all this is because I am working on Jessicas site (marveassistans.se) which have an ad out now for hiring people and I expect it will have some visitors. Then I figured how can I make it SE-friendly in layout I mean, so the visitors keeps finding it even if no ad is out.

Yup. Wont work. I also noticed after posting my last post that pdf files are set to be open with Acrobat Reader but opens with some plugin named acroexch for some reason.

If you are talking about your hosting account you will need to contact billing department for that (Link on top of page). As for domain, contact your registrar.

Make sure you are not using your domain adress when sending help tickets and if using hotmail for instance, check junk folders etc.

Long long time ago I think I read (but not sure) in this forum that a menu should be placed to the right on page. I think it had something to do with search engine stuff. True or false? If true, what are the benefits and will I loose big time if menu is placed somewhere else?

I use my domain adress downloaded via pop3 to my computer for friends & family. For friends & family sending me large attachements I use gmail. My isp adress is used by tch and some old mailinglists. For "probably gonna send me junk stuff" people I use yahoo or hotmail.

What does those things cost in the U.S? Here in Sweden they are way too expensive to even think about.

NAV can be a PITA sometimes I agree. But mostly I missed a setting here and there is my experience.
