Hi and welcome to the forum. I´m not sure which chat you are trying to install but I assume its the PhpMyChat which is available in cpanel. When you set it up, you are supposed to only need to enter which folder you want it in and then click install. When done, cpanel should give you a url where you can enter the chat, something like this: http://your-tch-hosted-domain.com/chat/phpMyChat.php3. I also noticed that it gives you the option to install several chats, so if you have checked that either no other chats are installed and if there are, you have tried to install the new chat in a new folder, please open a help desk ticket so the tech guys can have a look and see whats wrong. Hi Paulo, I had a look at my 10001 and it is set to 777. I didn´t do it so coppermine must have done it itself. Also be sure to upgrade to version 1.3.3 since there is security problems in earlier versions.
