Hi Jimuni Can you please explain me what that's mean?: Is that mean that the subdomain can't be posted like a site in the Search Engines, directories, etc.? If so, I have a domain say: TOURS.COM and I use a subdomain Peru.tours.com or Chile.tours.com or Ecuador.tours.com... I can't point the main domain TOURS.com to my subdomains to serve the interest of different visitors? Sorry if my question is a dummy one but all this is a more than little confusing for me. George

Thanks Jim and Rob, I just did it. This TCH system works so smooooooothhhhhhh and nice... After several painful experiences I'm so happy to have found TCH and the beautiful people at the forum! I love good organized working systems!

In the beggining... I registered a domain name (xxxxxx-xxxx.com) Then I purchased the best hosting service I could find (yes! TCH of course!!!) and allocate in it the domain name. Then I saw that every thing works OK and please me... so even before the end of the week I rest... So far so good... But then Adam and Eve start making problems... Now, because of the needs of those "gods" (board of directors) I need to change this name from xxxxxx-xxxx.com to zzzzzzzzzzz.com So, I register the new name... Now, how I made the changes in the hosting server so the server stop allocating the old name and start allocating the new one? Thank for your help and advise, george

Well, I use FrontPage XP and so far so good... I can't say nothing about others because I don''t know them... But then, with this FrontPage I have some ünsolve problems: Since I don't know nothing about html codes, I dont know how to transform a PowerPoint Presentationto an html(with some text or images zooming-in and a wav sound at the beggining and at the end of the "show"... Some ideas any one?' have try some programs that say "they do it" but the results where far away from the original presentation... and what can I do the directors love it... Just now I try those same accounts in 3 other PCs and they work just as perfect as the others... simply OK. Dear friends, hello! I'm in the middle of a problem which i don;t know the reason and how to resolve it... I have defined several e-mail accounts for the borad of directors. two of them are in the same building, can't send or recive e-mail using Outlook Express 6. Dear Lianna, Is there any wayby which I can "selectively" password protect some folders? I mean, if I password protect the folder www.mysite.com/images supossedly no body can't access the folder's content... but even the web site can't access the folder to show the images where they must show! Then, when someone try to enter the site... the protection will ask for the password to show the images... I need to protect the outsider access to the folder content; not the internal access (or the access of the page to show the images. The idea is to not allow someone to enter to all the content of the folder... (I know that this "someone" still can copy the images one by one... but why to make his/her life easy? Then I have another question... is there any way by which will be possible to password protect several folders at once and not one by one...? (Maybe this s a question for the Cpanel productors... ) Cordially, g.

I agree with you dear Lianna. This is simply missunderstanding of the goals of a this forum (as I did two days ago... ) Some meassure of order can't be considered an iniitiative to censoring... nor the lights and signs on streets and roads can be considered dictatorials... or as an initiative to censor the freedom to ignore or play with safty and injure or kill others and maybe yourself... No, I'm not so lucky... I have in the past a siames cat... a real lady with a fantastic real caring behaviour... (Not so usual in cats). She can walk in the streets with me like a friend or a dog... But, after I had to take a many years long work voyage, I left her with my daughter and my son... and one day... she dissapear... After many years we still miss her very much. And the girafa mother and son are a prouve that love is every where... we the human are the ones that have lost our way...
