Silica, Those get me every time as well. Ours is pretty strict AND often fails. Nothing like trying to "work" from work.

The Bat! is prone to a remote buffer-overflow vulnerability. This issue is due to a failure in the application to perform proper bounds checking on user-supplied data before storing it in a finite-sized buffer. An attacker can exploit this issue to control program flow and execute arbitrary attacker-supplied code in the context of the victim user running the affected application.

I agree with Don. I get a few of those every month as well as my logs showing people trying to access scripts that do not exist on my site. I believe much of it is automated and they just check their logs to see if they get a hit from something so they can use it for further use on their part.

Hmmmmm, I am awake when Andy gets up. I just might have to see if I can force it from him.

Maybe I should change my name to Google. Think their lawyers would allow it?

I dont use Google because I AM Google! I find that I use http://www.javascriptkit.com/howto/htaccess.shtml alot when I need to learn something new about htaccess. Steve is right though in a way. There are many resources geared towards teaching htaccess rules out there.

Whatever it is, it will happen "The Day After Tomorrow".

I use them because it makes me feel better. Most do ignore them but I figgure that if it helps in others then why not.
