HI, Yes you can switch to quarterly billing at any time by opening a ticket on our support desk at tchhelp.com and submit it to our billing department. All of your new accounts will be billed on the first of the month with the exception of the sign up payments. As far as having each account on a different server I am not sure on that as accounts are put on the server available at that time. If you put that you would like them on a different server we can certainly look at that when the new account is created and do our best to accommodate you.

Unless you were upgrading from a virtual account to a reseller account or vice versa your account would not have to be moved. So if you were just upgrading from a silver to an expert plan your account would not be moved.

Hi, Let me see if I can answer all of your questions for you. 1.I tried to order and it did send me the email. Informing the detain but then.. I thought since there was a lot of questions about how to update your billing and what to do if your account is suspended I would post a little FAQ here. We will also be conducting a complete audit of all accounts so to avoid having your site suspended please make sure that your billing information is up to date. Account Suspended for Billing Issues If your account has been suspended and you believe that it is due to billing reasons you need to open a support ticket at the link at the top of the page with the billing department. Please do not go in and update your information because when the account has been suspended due to billing issues the previous payment method has been cancelled. My Account has not been suspended but I need to update my Billing Information Depending on what company your billing is through there are different ways to update your billing. If you do not know who your billing is through just open a help desk ticket at the link at the top of the page and we can tell you how to update it. I understand your frustration with billing issues. This quote " Failed Credit CardsEffective 4-2-2003 recurring billings that fail to bill for 3 days, will attempt to bill every other day for a maximum of 10 tries. With each attempt you will be notified of such failure via e-mail. " Only applies to billing through 2checkout. Your billing was not through them.
