  1. Hello, 1. Different plugins, free/paid ones may provide different features. You can select appropriate one as per your requirements but as for Member Press, we can assist you in initial setup. 2. I found Member Press works fine with Let's Encrypt which we are providing for our shared/reseller clients. It can be simply enabled via main cPanel interface > "Let's Encrypt" option. 2. Migration is complete. We are closely watching the server to ensure that it settles in. If you need any assistance, please open a ticket via our support desk, we will gladly check it out. Thank you for your patience, understanding and co-operation all along.
  3. Hello Rowan, Yes, we do support python on our servers. Its binary is located at /usr/bin/python. Current python version is 2.7.5 and it comes bundled with cPanel. I see that you have a couple of python scripts in your account. Please note your site is hosted on shared hosting environment so there are some restrictions. If you find any issues and for instant help, please submit a support ticket here
  4. Hi Brian, Sorry for the delay in replying. Adding/modifying option for NS records isn't available for shared hosting accounts as required NS records gets added on the server during account setup. In order to point subdomanis to different host, you can only adjust "A" records to the destination IP address. Note, nameservers can be changed for primary domains only not for subdomains. Please submit a support ticket at http://support.totalchoicehosting.com/ and let us know if you have any other questions.
  5. This issue has been fixed already and everything looks working normally. Thank you for your patience in the meantime!
