For converting the files, as Thomas says, a ticket is the best way to go. For the filters ... I'd create the folder in webmail first (because that will get all your structure sorted) and then you should be able to filter and move.

Welcome to the forums Noel The easiest way is to open a ticket at the help desk and ask us to clear it for you. If you want to do it yourself, you can delete everything in the public_html folder.
