I've been a member of the TCH family since 2003 and I've watched the business grow and flourish during that time, primarily due to the dedication and hard work of Bill and his Staff. I've seen that error message on many occasions over the years at TCH but usually clustered in time. Yesterday I had just such a problem but today everything has worked flawlessly. I've always been curious as to why it happens but it's rare so I just go 'way and come back later.
