borfast, the log is reset at the end of each month. in cpanel, the filename is a bit misleading...actually the file you download contains logs for the first day of the month up to the moment the tar.gz is generated.

Can I set disk quota and permissions (e.g. read-only) for each FTP account? Thanks.

One of the support team members did tell me the rawlog will only be cleared once per month. But now I found that the log is updated daily!!!!! I just get many hours of the logs lost!

ya, tried all these. but cant help. one more thing is that i dont have the source code of the applet.

Say I have a perl script www.****/cgi-bin/test.pl In the script, I want to call the applet. And the applet will process a jpg and then display it. But the problem is that the applet can only read jpgs that is in the same directory as where the applet is at. I tried to upload some jpgs to /cgi-bin but i just found that this wont work. I also tried to upload the applet and jpg to /public_html and call it in the perl script by using "/applet.jar" and "/applet.class", however this doesnt work too. In other words, I can only put the applet and the jpg in /cgi-bin. Any way I can make the applet work?

Why not keep both Webalizer AND AWStat? (ie. just remove analog stat) I am used to the format of the first one...

AWStat doesnt work for me. It's always blank.
