  6. You cannot access the php.ini file. You only have access to your .htaccess files.

  8. Sounds more like the sending server is losing its connection with the receiver. I'm only guessing here. I can see how there could be something in php.ini for preventing files from being uploaded but not downloaded (I don't think). Could it be a routing issue?

  17. Yes, just open a ticket with the help desk and ask them to restore the file for you. Give them the location.
  18. If you have made a full backup in cPanel: Your databases and every thing else in your site is backed up. Upload the file to your site and open a ticket with the help desk to have it restored. If you did a Home Backup the database will not be included and should have been backed up separately.

  21. Can't find any reason the board put the space in there. You can see what Perl modules are installed on your server through cPanel.
  22. Yes, you would have to move to a dedicated box to get the relaxed rules. How to prevent yourself from becoming flagged as a spammer would be not to send spam. You become tagged as a spammer when someone reports you for sending unsolicited email. If you are running a mailing list each member should sign up to receive the email. There should also be ways for user to opt out of receiving mailings. And you MUST honor those requests.
