Strange Forwarding Maintenance Address
TCH-Bruce replied to Monkey's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
Fenn, since it was a bug in cPanel and the techs know that was the cause of the problem I don't know what other response could they give you? cPanel is not written or maintained by TCH and they are at the mercy of the folks at cPanel.net to correct bugs. -

phpMyAdmin is part of cPanel.

Welcome to the forums, David Only forwards to AOL are blocked by the servers. Mailing list software should not be a problem getting though as long as no one complains receiving it.

What happens when you try to browse to http://annasattic.us/cpanel? What kind of error message are you getting? You say you cannot access cPanel, but specifically what kind of error is it? Page not found?

Your mail files are stored in the 'mail' folder of your root folder. There should also be a 'domain-name' folder inside the 'mail' folder. Inside this 'domain-name' folder resides your email accounts folders. You can FTP those folders to your machine or burn them to a CD or what ever you want to do with them. The email accounts folders contain the files for inbox, sent and saved mail. What I would do is use a POP3 client and download all the mail while removing it from the server at the same time.

Welcome to the forums Michael I believe you just upload a TTF font file to one of your folders and then access it from there. The path would be something like this. >/home/your-TCH-login-name/path-to-font-file/font.ttf

How about a link to the form or a copy of the form contents (remove any sensitive info)?

I know it's not your fault Bob. I've been following the story for a couple of weeks. When I saw the pre-release photos over a month ago I saw the writing on the wall. As for moving to the Windows platform, maybe. There has been a lot of talk among my fellow developers as to which tools to migrate too.

Why Palm would go an do this is just insane. But from a corporate stand point I understand it. I don't like it, but I understand it. If you didn't know I am a Palm OS supporter. Maybe now that Access (Japanese company that makes the NetFront browser) has bought PalmSource they may turn it around.

Thanks David, I knew I was incorrect.
