  1. Thanks, No offense of course, but I just like to figure things out for myself. It's a hacker mentality (without the hacking ) I don't need to help desk to modify my MX entry. I can do that myself. I was just looking for some help on finding WHERE to do that, since the theme has upgraded, lol. Now, can I just get ssh access? lol Thanks again.
  2. Bruce, Server 36...I found the URL, but it wouldn't let me do anything since the option was disabled. I did submit a ticket and it is now enabled again. Thanks for your help.
  3. I found the hardcoded URL anyways. Opening a ticket is the easy way out!
  4. Actually, I could also try the hard coded URL, if someone would be so inclined to provide it http://www.&&&&&&&&&&.com:2082/frontend/x/mail/?????.html
  5. Thanks Bruce. I do not have that option under my mail menu. This, I suppose, I will have to submit a ticket for. Thanks
  6. Thanks. I'd prefer to do it myself, if possible. Is the option gone altogether?
  7. Hello, Previously I had changed my MX entries to point to my runbox.com account. I would like to change them back to their default for my tch server, but under the new cpanel I cannot find where the option is. Thanks, Rich
  8. They set it up earlier in the week, and it worked fine the same day they set it up. Now it does not.
  9. Can anyone here ping richardgeary.com and tell me if they can hit it? When I try, it resolves the ip address as 0.0.0.1. I also cannot get to it via web browser. Thanks.
