  1. You are correct jayson I use CuteFTP or FireFTP (Firefox extension)
  2. Windows FTP is a command line FTP program. You access it from a DOS command prompt. >ftp ftp.your-TCH-domain.ext What Paul is referring to is using Windows Explorer's address bar to enter the FTP address to open. I have not been able to get that to work.
  3. The link requires registration to read the article.

  5. It's not something you can fix. Please open a ticket with the help desk as Rick suggested.
  6. Bob, you need to install Spam Karma 2. Eliminates the need to clean up spam because you don't get any.
  7. Take a look at AutoFTP and AutoFTP Service. One of those two apps should be able to solve half the problem. The other thing you would need to do is clear the folder where the files are you are uploading so they don't get uploaded over and over wasting your bandwidth. Actually any FTP client that supports scripting and synchronization should be all you need to upload the files to an external server.

  12. I don't use Atom feeds so I don't know the answer to that one. And both the regular and categories regular RSS feeds should work of you remove the feed: from each. Check the support forum over at Wordpress. You might find an answer there.
  13. The link to Wordpress feeds for entries is >http://your-blog-address/feed/ It should not contain Feed: in front of it as yours does.
  14. You can edit the file using FileManager in cPanel or use Notepad on your computer an upload it. What is wrong with your RSS feed? I've never had an issue with RSS feeds in Wordpress.
  15. The MySQL error is your LINKS section and not your RSS feeds I believe. Wordpress changed how the links are queried. Check with the theme designer for an update.

  17. You can install with what you have now.
  18. When they re-provision an account it removes everything including email addresses you set up. It will be just as it was when you signed up.
  19. Love the rubber gloves! And their Enterprise support:
  20. Only problem is you cannot upload your avatar to the forum because uploads are turned off. Upload the avatar you want to use to your own website and put the link to the avatar in the settings on this forum.
  21. Welcome to the forums Honeymoon
  22. Glad you got it working.
  23. What you entered is how it should be. If it's not working please open a ticket with the help desk.
  24. Have you tried it like this? >exec("rm -r -f /home/secret_name/public_html/blog/wp-content/backup-db");
  25. If you are using secure ports you are using the shared certificate on the server.
