The accounts on the server were moved. It may be possible to move content you updated after the backup was made that was trasnferred since the old server still exists for a couple of days after a server move if possible. You should subscribe yourself to the forum for your server. Server moves are announced several days in advance of the move if at all possible to inform you to not make changes to your account in that time frame.

If you open a ticket with the help desk they will be able to help you.

A "Full Backup" backs up everything in your domain but you cannot restore it on your own. You would have to upload the backup and open a ticket with the help desk to have it restored. The "Home Backup" will backup what is in your /home folder. This backup can be restored by you but does not contain any databases, file aliases or cron jobs.

Well that blew a 1/2 hour!

I don't see support changing the mod security settings on the server so if you are having this issue the only thing you can do is disable it as suggested.

I only know because I went to a Java site after updating because I thought the same as you.

Thomas is right, Java is not disabled, the Java Console is!

This is one of the reasons I do manual installs. As Don said you can download the file, edit it and upload it back to the server. That's the way I do it.

Gmail has a max file size for attachments so yes, omicron's solution would be better.

Can't you add a cron job like any other in cpanel? >/usr/bin/php -q /home/your-USER-id/public_html/path-to-file-to-run
