Welcome to the forums Chris I guess I'm not understanding your problem. If you access phpAdmin through your cPanel you should be able to do anything to your databases that an admin user would be able to do.

Welcome to the forums theo Yes, it would be possible but I think you would want to use some content management system (CMS) like Joomla or WordPress to do it.

The log will clear automatically over time.

Lots of info here. You can simply create a blank text file called robots.txt and put it in the /public_html folder and the errors will go away. Some robots (spiders) you want crawling your site. Others you don't. So read over the info at the link above and choose which you wish to block and add them to the robots.txt file.
