  1. Thanks Thomas
  2. That is most likely the problem. Change the incoming server name to mail.yourdomain.ext
  3. What are you using for the server name? It should be yourdomain.ext or mail.yourdomain.ext If you can't get it working open a ticket with the help desk and one of the techs should be able to help you get it set up.
  4. I access my accounts via my phone using IMAP and POP on my computer so the only thing different is the port numbers being used to access the account. Use port 143 for non SSL access or 995 for SSL access when setting up the account.
  5. Thanks Thomas
  6. Please open a ticket with the help desk and they can get you sorted out quickly. Link in my signature or above.
  7. You should be able to just use ftp.yourdomain.ext and use a passive connection to port 22.
  8. 1. When I did it, I just edited the settings instead of deleting the account and re-adding it. 2. Depends on the client whether the the messages will download but if they don't they should be able to force them down. 3. Again, depends on the email client. To be safe I would copy them into another folder before changing the settings.
  9. Secure FTP (sFTP) is available on all servers. Have you tried logging in with sFTP?
  10. Congratulations Bill!
  11. First thing I would do is rename your sendmail.php file to something else, preferably without the word "mail" in it. The second thing I would do is make sure your script is secure. That should stop the mails from trying to be sent.
  12. Glad you are satisfied! And thanks for the kind words.
  13. Thanks for the info but you might want to open a ticket with the help desk and report it in case it's a bug.
  14. They don't change any content in your domain. Maybe you were hacked. Why not open a ticket to the help desk and ask instead of making accusations?
  15. What are you looking for?
  16. Yep, updated them all last night. Thanks Thomas
  17. They are aware of it and are working on the problem right now.
  18. Looking forward to the next update!
