  4. Welcome to the forum, cheekyforums
  5. Both sets are pretty cool.
  6. In post number 2 above the first step you should have done was: Hopefully you will still be able to access your old host's site to get your content off of it if you don't have a copy on your computer.
  7. Don't want it. Thanks Thomas
  8. Not sure offhand but I would start by checking the image links. Since he had his own domain and now running as a sub-domain the paths may need adjusting.

  13. Hmm, I wouldn't think Firefox would display a php file locally either without a web server and php running on the local computer. Neither should be able to do it unless you have some extension in Firefox that is allowing it.
  14. I'm confused. Do you have apache and php running on your machine? Or are you saying you can't access php files over the internet with IE but can with Firefox?
  15. Welcome to the forums seaofbass Start by transferring your content over to the TCH Servers. You can use the IP address provided in your welcome email. After you have your content on the TCH servers you can then transfer your domain to TCH and that is where you will use the authcode. You can call a Transfer Concierge anytime! 1-480-505-8866. They can only help with the domain transfer and not the content. http://www.securepaynet.net/default.aspx?prog%5Fid=simple Or if you aren't transferring the domain, you would then change your name servers at your registrar using the ones listed in your welcome email.
  16. Thanks for the update Ty.

  18. Doug, glad the help desk sorted out your issues. Glad you are satisfied with the customer service and kudos to the support staff!
  19. Good work Ellis! Glad it all worked out Curt!
  20. Good work Scott!
  21. I have found that when extracting Zip files on the server if anything in the archive is already on the server the extraction does not work. So insure that content on the server does not exist in the archive and you should be fine. But as Thomas says you can open a ticket and ask the techs to extract the contents for you using the overwrite option which you don't have access to.
