MM if you want to backup your web site files click on the home directory link as often as you want to have a backup on your computer. Its not automatic, you have to do it. The weekly is an older copy as far as I can see As to the databases, again if you have any for a forum or guestbook or other scripts click on each to download them. The alias are your email forwards if you made any and the filters are if you are filtering any thing You have to download any of the above when you want nothing is automatic. none of these backup are sent to you.

If you are forwarding, do not setup an account, just the forward.

I was on a dial-up then and there was a difference because the full backup is a bit larger. Of course on high speed there isn't much difference. But its a personal preference, with the home directory, I can restore it.

It depends on how big your site is. I have only done the full backup once and it took a long time for me. You get an e-mail when its done, so you can go to your site and download it. The home directory backup has all the files, so I don't see the use in the full backup for me. It only takes a short time to download the home directory backup and I download my databases regularly anyway.
