ZeroXcape Posted May 3, 2004 Posted May 3, 2004 I didn't know where to really ask this, but I was wondering is it possible to set-up an e-mail address so that any e-mail recieved at the address is automatically forwarded to multi-email addresses? I've read that you can have multi e-mail accounts have all their e-mail forwarded to one account, I wanted to do it the other way around, I was wondering if you can have one e-mail account that forwards all its e-mail to many different e-mails? If you can, is there a limit on how many e-mail accounts it can forwarded to? Thanks in advances, ZeroXcape Quote
btrfld Posted May 3, 2004 Posted May 3, 2004 Yes, it can be done. You do it by setting up a forwarder for each email you want the messages to go to. I don't know if there is a limit; one of the Gurus will have to answer that. Quote
scotttyz Posted May 3, 2004 Posted May 3, 2004 Yes you can have many forwards from a single email (I do) Just keep adding new ones Quote
ThumpAZ Posted May 3, 2004 Posted May 3, 2004 I am not sure of the limit to the number of emal addresses you can forward to. However, if you do hit that ceiling, then you can just create a new account on your service and then have your original forward to that email addy, then start all over again with the forwards. Just be careful that it doesn't start heading towards spam, as that'll get you in trouble almost as fast as a rootkit around here. Moving to backend forum for better organization Quote
