I decided on Total Choice Hosting. Giving up the ability to phone in for problems was hard to do but I thought it would be the right choice... Well after a few months I must tell you that I can't believe how GREAT TCH is. The community is wonderful, the service is excellent and I now prefer the ticket/messenger/forum based support, it really works. Instead of calling in with problems, talking to a live person, then waiting forever to get problems solved..... TCH actually takes care of whatever is needed, and right quick!! I have a few sites I help friends with and I have gotten then all moved to TCH or had them start service here. If you are thinking of switching to TCH all I can say is, stop thinking and switch!!!
