Billing Error Ticket From 3/24/2004

I filled out a ticket regarding the billing twice of two different credit cards on 3/24 afte several requests to mitch, this has not been resolved.

 

Can someone please give me an ETA on correction of this error?

Some time in the year 2006 :unsure:

 

I will take a look at it tonight Dave.

 

As this is a holiday week for many, things have slowed down here a bit.
