toxickaty Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 I searched the board with the search fuction, browsed the script how-tos etc and couldn't find whether Pmachine is allowed or not. So is it? Quote
TCH-Rob Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 (edited) In order to run pMachine your web server (or web hosting account) must support: * PHP version 4.06 or newer (4.1 or newer recommended). * MySQL version 3.23.x or newer. We have; PHP Version 4.3.3 MySQL version 4.0.18 It is a blogging tool right? I dont see why you couldnt use it. As long as it isnt server intensive you should be fine. toxickaty Posted April 1, 2004 Author Posted April 1, 2004 I don't know if it's "Intensive" that's why I asked. I don't want to run into any problems (or cause any) later. Quote
LisaJill Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 Here is the list of banned scripts. Pmachine isn't in there, and from what I've read it's not any more intensive than most of the other current, popular blogware out there. You should be fine. =) Quote
toxickaty Posted April 1, 2004 Author Posted April 1, 2004 ahh the banned scripts list, should've done a search for that! Thanks much! Quote
LisaJill Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 Was only added in the last day or so, no worries. =) Quote
DarqFlare Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 Yeah, that was only added in recently. However, I suggest to keep tabs on it. Quote
Deverill Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 And also to remember that TCH hasn't encountered every script out there. If a script is not on the list it may be because of having never seen it rather than it being an OK script. Quote
