Do I just go to the TCH page and click on order? Or is there some special process because I am already a customer? I mean ... is there some other way I buy hosting? TCH-Rick Posted March 28, 2004 Posted March 28, 2004 We have a new order/billing system so the best option is to order the plan as a new customer to get your information in that database. Additional plans or upgrades in the future can be ordered via that system. Quote
Bohatir Posted April 5, 2004 Author Posted April 5, 2004 I am buying new hosting plan and I clicke on on add as existing customer, it asks me for my e-mail and password. Well... the e-mail that I use for this forum and the e-mail that is listed in the My Controls function is igor-berkut@mail.ru and it says either my password or e-mail are wrong.... I checked my password 3 times.... why doesnt it recognize me? Quote
MikeJ Posted April 5, 2004 Posted April 5, 2004 As Rick was saying, TCH switched billing systems. Sign up as a new user to purchase a new plan, then in the future it will recognize you. Your current plan is in the old billing system so when you got to place a new order, it won't recognize you. Quote
