MikeJ Posted March 8, 2004 Posted March 8, 2004 Only one of the staff can look at your account (not the forum mods who are the more regular eyes on the forums). Using the support ticket system guarantees a quicker turn around to getting a staff person looking at your issue. It also is the way you can identify your existing account info to them securely. I believe TCH changed billing systems recently, and that may be why you aren't being identified by the automatic signup. Quote
TCH-Rick Posted March 8, 2004 Posted March 8, 2004 When did you get your first account? The Order/Billing system is pretty new so if you ordered before we implemented the new system a month or so ago then you should check that you are a new customer to get an account set up in the new system. Quote
