Recently I paid my ISP owner to upgrade my account here at TCH(Since I am only 16 and can not have a credit card), I did not understand how the upgrade process works. So I submitted a ticket, after I noticed that the invoice had not been sent in 24 hours. The Help Desk was busy I guess, and I had to go to work in a few hours, I was wanting to make sure that I had this resolved before work so that I knew I had my TCH Bills paid for March.

 

So I talked to Mike in Yahoo! Messenger and the problem was resolved in a few moments of talking to him. He made sure that was what I wanted.

He then went ahead and upgraded my account by hand so that I was upgraded and on my Semi-Dedicated Server.

 

 

Once Again, I have been amazed by TCH.

 

 

btw Bill, when you read this, you need to give Mike a Bonus or something for his outstanding work in helping people in their time of need!

No bonuses for paid staff but the beatings may be lessened for an hour or so. :dance:
