juma Posted February 27, 2004 Posted February 27, 2004 Ok first of all I'm sure I'm in the wrong place...But I'm really desparate...i want to pay my bill!!!I've been with TCH for the last month I got and invoice for three months earlier on this week and I have the credit card in my hand ready to do the transaction but I don t know where to pay ...I logged into the the modern bill panel but I cant figure out where I have to do the transaction...some help please... juma Quote
TCH-Dick Posted February 27, 2004 Posted February 27, 2004 You dont have to do anything, that invoice is just letting you know your account will be charged on the 1st. You will get an invoice everytime we are about to charge your card. Quote

MikeJ Posted February 27, 2004 Posted February 27, 2004 Click on Help Desk at the top of this page, and send a support ticket to Billing. They can then discuss your options in detail there, I'm sure. I'm not certain they do 6-month or year billing though, other than their 1 year promotions. Quote
