Hey I need some help,my bandwith is almost up and I need to pay for more before it runs out and I don't want to buy a whole new package just a few to hold me over until the end of the month,can someone help me out,cause I went to live support and he told me to do this ticket thing and I don't get it,could a TH tech help me out, I want to add up to $10.00,thanks again....Please hurry and help me.Thanks........ That was a TCH tech you talked to that asked you tu submit a support ticket, you can do that here We cant handle issues like bandwidth upgrades, account changes etc via the forums. anything that requires changes to an account must go through the help desk.

Click on "Help Desk" at the top of this forum, and you'll be able to submit the "ticket thingy". :D You'll be guaranteed a faster response there. Thumbs Up

Ok thanks,I'm at the ticket place,but what department should I send it to?Customer support,billing,sales?? Sorry never done this before.Thanks:D
