Convert Directories Of Jpg To Thumbnails

I am looking for an easy way to convert large numbers of jpg files to thumbnails. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Here's another that I use that uses PHP to create the thumbnail on the fly - just upload the full sizes and it will create the thumbs for you.
