Drop a help desk ticket if you havent' already, requesting the upgrade and they can tell you what steps you need to take if any. KevinW Posted February 11, 2003 Posted February 11, 2003 Generally, we tell people to expect about 12 hours after putting in a request for a web site until it is configured and available. Same holds true for getting your reseller account set up, as there is more work to do for you. You will have access to another piece of software, similar to cPanel, which will allow you to setup and maintain your customers on your account. kw Quote
