One of the clients we host has decided that they want to do their own email.

 

Is there a way for us to continue to host the web pages on our TCH server while allowing them to have a separate email server which handles all email addressed to employee@theirURL.com ?

 

I tried searching through the posts about MX records, but didn't really find any info I could use.

Bruce is correct. This can be done through the Help Desk. Please provide the host name and IP address of the external mail server. We will have to made a few adjustments to the account to get it to route all mail, including mail from our servers, to the external server.
