Alan Posted January 31, 2004 Posted January 31, 2004 Hey, I currently have a hosting package and domain name here, I am greatly pleased with my service and I am thinking of opening a reseller account, I just have a few questions. Most if not all the accounts I plan on hosting will be for friends and family, so can I set the prices? Or do the accounts come with pre-set prices? Also, if I want to start an award program, from my current site, in which I give someone a free month or two of my hosting, will that be any problem with TCH? And if I want to provide free space/domain to a friend or someone who needs it but can't afford it, or just to a good cause, can I do so aslong as I am paying my set price, and stay withen my set limit of storage and bandwidth? Thanks, I hope to be opening my new account with TCH sometime after monday. Quote
TCH-Rick Posted January 31, 2004 Posted January 31, 2004 You can set the costs on your client sites and manage it as you wish. All of the examples you gave are fine. Quote
Alan Posted January 31, 2004 Author Posted January 31, 2004 Thanks Rick, Also just so you know, whoever designs the TCH website, made a typo: To purchase an add on for your your site, please contact the sales department! I don't know if Bill will care if it is there or not, but just to say I told him. Thanks -Alan Quote
TCH-Thomas Posted January 31, 2004 Posted January 31, 2004 withen = within? aslong = as long? Sorry, I´m in a teasing mood today. Quote
Alan Posted January 31, 2004 Author Posted January 31, 2004 LOL! Excuse my typos, I have been up all night lol, and I have been in a rush, my contact eMail was hacked Sniff Sniff Quote
borfast Posted January 31, 2004 Posted January 31, 2004 I moved this to the pre-sales questions forum to keep things organized (thanks Alan ). About the typo, there's two "your" words. To purchase an add on for your your site, please contact the sales department! Quote
Alan Posted January 31, 2004 Author Posted January 31, 2004 Thanks Raul, I did not notice it when I posted lol, I was going for the Pre-Sales, but missed, Boy glad it was not me shooting at something with a rifle, no telling who I would kill! Did not mean to have to bother you in a PM, I would have encluded it in my last eMail to Don, but when your sleeping, you can't move something! Quote
